This one hour webinar is geared towards attendees who are assessing compounding pharmacy ownership. Kate serves as a compounding pharmacist and President of Broadway Apothecary. She teaches pharmacy students from several colleges the art, science, and technology of pharmaceutical compounding. She also helps as a consultant to the Oregon Board of Pharmacy in matters regarding compounding. With the help of her forward thinking staff, Kate was the first in the state and among the first in the nation to attain accreditation for Broadway Apothecary. Kate has served on advisory councils for both IACP and PCCA and is co-chair of the IACP communications committee. She enjoys speaking on quality assurance/control programs and achieving accreditation status to fellow pharmacists. She works on the continuing education committee for the Oregon State Pharmacy Association and is a member of the Pain Society of Oregon.
