To Receive Credit:
In order to receive credit, you must get a score of at least 70% correct responses. If you do not achieve 70% or better, you will be allowed to take 3 retakes. If you pass with a 70%, you will receive a certificate and the CE will be uploaded to the CPE Monitor within a few days. Develop an assessment of a patient's blood pressure using the mean arterial pressure and pulse pressure.
Select a blood pressure goal for a patient given their age and risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
Identify an appropriate pharmacologic agent for a patient given their comorbidities.

Crystal completed her PharmD at the University of California, San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She then went on to complete her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of California, San Francisco and is currently completing her PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of Washington (UW Medicine). Her clinical practice interests include primary care and chronic disease state management. Her research interests include investigating the most effective clinical pharmacist interventions.
