The fee for this activity is $21.00 for WSPA members, $35.00 for non-members.

At the completion of this activity, the pharmacist will be able to:
• Discuss the methods for providers, including pharmacists, to submit the information necessary for credentialing with health plans and hospitals.
• Explain the value of provider data service.
• List the information needed to begin the credentialing process.
• Discuss the common mistakes or omissions which hold up the credentialing process.


To Receive Credit:
You must watch the video and take the test at the end. You will need to get a score of at least 70% correct responses. If you do not achieve 70% or better, you will be allowed to take 3 retakes. If you pass with a 70%, you will receive a certificate and the CE will be uploaded to the CPE Monitor within a few days. You will need to make sure that your NABP e-Profile ID# and Date of birth are entered into your profile under the CPE Monitor Integration Details. If this information is not entered your CE can not be uploaded.

Ms. Davis has worked in healthcare specifically in nursing & health plan leadership roles for over 30 years. Most recently at OneHealthPort, Teresa was responsible for project management of statewide credentialing data services and Clinical Data Repository implementation projects.
