Objectives

5. Describe the specialty pharmacist and the collaborative healthcare team’s role in RA condition management resulting in cost-effective care

Michael Crocco, PharmD, CSP
on behalf of Specialty Pharma Education Center

Dr. Crocco currently serves as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for Publix Pharmacy in Tampa, Fl. He is also a Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Consultant for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP). Previously, he worked as a clinical pharmacist for Wellcare Specialty Pharmacy and has been involved with the Specialty Pharma Education Center as a reviewer and author of Continuing Education for Pharmacists and Nurses. Dr. Crocco graduated from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2008.
