Description

Forces on an aircraft in flight are discussed, including how the attitude of the aircraft is controlled. Full size models or actual aircraft are used in the studio for a “guided tour” to inform about the instrumentation on board that separate these types of aircraft from hobby planes. A brief overview of how out-of-normal flight conditions are handled is presented. Mission and aircraft characteristics to be considered are the concluding discussion in this course.

Objectives
