Description

There are a variety of factors to review and evaluate during the treatment planning and completion of an implant restoration, including patient anatomy, implant materials, surgical protocol, restorative components and the clinical risks and limitations of implant therapy. By treatment planning cases with the final restoration in mind, clearly understanding anatomic considerations, properly evaluating gingival biotype, managing soft tissue contours, selecting the proper size and type of implant and employing the latest digital technologies, clinicians can help ensure an esthetic, predictable and functional final result.
