Description

Being a great clinician is only part of the picture of being able to provide outstanding care. Unfortunately, none of us were given courses in great interpersonal communication, and that lack is one of the biggest reasons patients get frustrated, leave our practices, or even sue us. It’s also the biggest reason that patients don’t accept more of the care they need from us! To be better dentists, one element of communication – perhaps one of the biggest elements – is the ability to ask great questions … questions that provoke thought, clarify concerns, open doors, and more. To do that, we must be great listeners, too. Enjoy a great program on understanding how questioning plays a role in your practice and what you can do to become an artful questioner!
