The facilitator did an excellent job. Recommended that ALL PowerPoint slides be provided to personnel taking this course. I would also like to recommend that the course be recommend that the course be recommended to reflect more exposure to the creation of the FAST diagram and the Random Function Identification processes.

VERY GOOD: Steve is a very good presenter and the video has good clear audio when he is speaking.

POOR: Unfortunately, the video has poor audio of any questions by the attendees, and the questions are not repeated, nor is there any transcript that allows a viewer to follow the conversations.

VERY POOR: The PowerPoint presentation slides are not legible = useless and therefore should be provided to accompany the video so that viewers can follow along with the presentation.

the slides are not able to see clearly, but the speaker speak clearly enough to understand.

Microphone on attendees for Q&A would help to better understand the response.

1/ The slides were difficult to read. 2/ The course progress tracker reset when I was nearly finished, requiring me to re-watch approximately an hour of material before I could finish the course. 3/ It's absurd that I have to pay $125 TWICE to complete a SINGLE mandatory 'refresher course' after having completed the Module 1 and 2 courses that I was originally informed would be enough to earn a CVS certification.
