Description

Part 1 of 4 - Facilitation is one of the critical skills necessary for the effective operation of a value study team, yet many team leaders have little or no facilitation training. SAVE International offers conference attendees an incredible opportunity to acquire basic facilitation training skills from a Certified Professional Facilitator who is also a Certified Value Specialist-Life. Through this hands-on, interactive training, attendees will learn how to manage groups of people so that everyone on the team is treated with respect and dignity, personality differences do not disrupt the team’s progress, and team members stay focused and on track. At the end of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate basic facilitation skills, understand the importance of neutrality as a facilitator, and distinguish the difference between a facilitator and consultant.
