Great keynote talk and presentation. This speech is the best I have ever seen to raise awareness and promote Value Engineering and Value Analysis. It should be on the watching list for every leader and manager in corporations and companies. In Fluor Corporation, we are implementing Value Engineering on corporate Knowledge Management operations, and Function Analysis and FAST Diagraming has already proved to be an amazing method to shed light on this complex operation and maximize our understanding of how knowledge flows between different knowledge stakeholders, as well as guiding us on what Functions we should satisfy to maximize the value of the knowledge management operations in our corporation. I am looking forward to an opportunity to share our story and experience with SAVE members.
