Description

In this session I will discuss how to continue building the client experience when clients are away from the practice. There are tried and true ways to do so in order to keep their loyalty and prepare clients for the next visit.

Objectives

Improve the experience and the relationship clients have with us while away form the practice
We cannot forget our clients once they have left the practice. The best time to educate our clients is in fact when they are away from the stress of visiting our practice. By providing them with general and specific information that matters to them, we show them how knowledgeable we are and how much we care about them. In this presentation I will show you how to build a consistent client education system.
