Description

This course provides practicing therapists in both agency and private practice a foundation of assessing for communication dynamics as well as integrating effective communication skills regarding parent/child interaction in relation to parenting skills in the home.

Objectives

Assessment, implementation and limit setting
1. Provide a Foundation of assessment regarding parent/child communication
2. Provide a foundation of implementing effective communication with clients in session to be utilized in the home
3. Provide a foundation of communication in regards to limit setting as it relates to parenting in the home.
