Description

Binge eating disorder is the most common eating disorder. Many times clients that present in mental health and medical settings are misdiagnosed. Most clinicians are uninformed about the problem. This course covers the basics including misconceptions about binge eating, how it differs from food addiction, dieting and stress reactivity. Basic assessment tools will be discussed, in addition to resources for professionals and clients.
