Bill is a founding owner of InTouch Practice Communications and has, for the past 18+ years, enjoyed helping nearly 8,000 practices educate their clients and share their messages. Bill is a graduate of AAHA's Veterinary Management Institute (VMI) at Purdue and now helps teach the marketing portion of the program.

Bill's lecture series was created in direct response to the veterinary community's needs... MANY veterinary professionals were telling practices that marketing is a great idea but few were actually giving realistic tools that practices can deploy immediately. Attendees report these experiences to be energetic, highly informative, and empowering. Recently Bill has presented to attendees of NAVC, WVC, AAHA, many local veterinary meetings, Veterinary study groups, the Veterinary Management Institute at Purdue (VMI), as well as the students of The University Notre Dame's Executive MBA program.

Bill is a former United States Marine, holds a BS in Communications from Western Illinois University and loves everything about veterinary medicine. He currently resides in Schererville, Indiana with his wife of 20 years Katie, his daughters Madison and Lilly, and the crazy schnauzers Buddy and Olive. When not working on creating great experiences for veterinary practices, Bill remains active in the Marine Corps veteran's community and loves to cheer on his Chicago Cubs (this is the year).
