I have listened to Dr Group speak about water fasting. He is going to write a book on the topic. But WOW! 34 years of experience just got put in front of me. Now i want to go intern at Dr Goldhammers' clinic. I would love to see this first hand.

Description

Thirty years of experience in the use of prolonged medically supervised fasting and a whole plant food diet in the treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes, autoimmune disorders and lymphoma.
Clinical observations and research evidence. Evidence for using fasting and a plant food diet in treating common disorders.

Objectives

Population health status
Learn about increasing obesity and diabetes rates, decreasing health status of Americans
Health foods vs. healthy foods
Discuss nutrient differences in common health foods to maximize results
Define and understand fasting
Discuss the definition of fasting and clinical indications and contraindications for its application as treatment
Understand the outcomes of fasting
Discuss case reports from peer-reviewed journals, and current research will be reviewed.
