Description

Would you like to sit down with seasoned labor and employment law attorneys for an informal discussion on the ins and outs of practicing L&E law in Alameda County? Would you like to share your experience with newer attorneys over light refreshments and a glass of wine?

Please join the L&E and Barristers Sections for a follow-up discussion to the ongoing L&E Nuts & Bolts Series. This roundtable event will explore various hypothetical situations involving the initial procedures of employment law, retaliation/whistleblower claims, with a focus on disability discrimination claims (the topic of the L&E Nuts and Bolts Part III), and/or senarios from the group.

This is the perfect opportunity to share experiences, strategies, thoughts, and knowledge, while gaining valuable insight into how to prosecute and defend these types of claims. Enjoy light refreshments and a glass of wine, while discussing L&E topics in a laid back and informal setting.
We will have a roundtable discussion the Wednesday after each program in the Nuts and Bolts Labor and Employment Law Series. Save the Date for the next installment - L&E Nuts and Bolts Series, Part IV: Wage and Hour Litigation, July 8, 2015.

Recorded: 05/17/15
