Lynn Gorelick
on behalf of Alameda County Bar Association

Following Lynn’s graduation from Berkeley, she received her J.D. from the University of California’s Hastings School of Law in 1982. Lynn joined her father Allan’s law firm, specializing in Criminal Defense. As a young attorney, Lynn handled cases all over Northern California, but gradually narrowed her practice to first, the immediate Bay Area, and now Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, exclusively. As a Criminal Defense attorney, Lynn has specialized in DUI defense. One of the founding members of the California DUI Lawyers Association, she has served as a Board Member of that group for nearly 20 years, and is currently the organization’s President. She is also not only a member, but on the faculty, of the National College for DUI Defense, and regularly speaks on issues of blood, machine testing, and how pharmaceuticals can affect the results.
