What rules apply to attorneys/law firms using social media? Why should attorneys pay attention to social media? What restrictions limit attorney marketing?
This presentation will cover the application of the CA Rules of Professional Responsibility and ABA Rules, in addition to any ethics opinions and other guidance to these questions. Practical answers will be provided.
