Description

This program will provide an overview of a partition action from intake to judgment with a focus on the unique procedural requirements and practical issues that arise in such matters. David Austin will present the litigation aspects, while mediator Jim Hildreth will address strategies for dealing with the individuals often involved in partition actions from the ADR perspective.
