As a litigation consultant at Cogent Legal, Michael draws on his background as a litigator and registered patent attorney to assist trial teams with graphics, technology and strategy for IP cases and other complex litigation. Previously, Michael litigated for 16 years at Folger Levin & Kahn in San Francisco where he was a partner and the head of the intellectual property group. Michael frequently presents to fellow attorneys, trial consultants, and judges on topics involving graphics, case management, e- discovery, and technology for litigation and law practice.
