Description

Please join the ACBA Business and Bankruptcy Sections for a high level discussion of various liquidation alternatives (circumstance dependent) with particular focus to assignment for the benefit of creditors (ABCs) as a possible solution for a struggling company with potentially valuable assets. Our panel of experts will discuss these issues through the perspective of various stakeholders (board, company, secured lender, potential buyer) and use hypothetical fact patterns to illustrate the strategic considerations stakeholders should consider in the process.

David Kanel is a partner in the law firm of Trodella & Kanel LLP, where he practices general business and transactional law.
