Description

This is a series of revision notes covering the core elements of refraction. They include a lot of tips on how to make the refraction run smoothly and how to become more accurate at these techniques.

Objectives

The main refraction routine is covered here including vision measurement, retinoscopy, subjective techniques, near addition and manual focimetry.

Stanley Keys is an Hospital Optometrist in Dundee. He has completed the College of Optometrists diploma in Glaucoma studies and is an Independent prescriber. In 2012 he gained Fellowship of the College recognizing work in optometric education, voluntary work in developing countries and his role in delivering specialized clinics.
