Description

Successful management of the patient with irregular corneas with contact lenses can sometimes be a frustrating process for both the patient and the practitioner. As a result of newer, more-complex lens designs, such as hybrid and scleral, the game has changed when it comes to the science of fitting and evaluating those lenses. New technology in both diagnostics and lens design has helped us become better problem solvers when we encounter contact lens complications. This lecture discusses everything the practitioner needs to know about implementing this new technology for evaluating and planning treatment for complex contact lens patients.
