Description

Module 15 of Kidney School provides information about alternative treatments like acupuncture, massage, herbs, and homeopathy and how they may improve or impair the health of people with chronic kidney disease. This module also discusses which treatments are safe for dialysis patients.

The purpose of Kidney School Continuing Education courses is to enable the learner to better understand the medical and psychosocial impacts of end stage renal disease, as well as patients’ experience of coping with this chronic condition.
