Dr. Lawrence Levens has maintained a private practice in St. Louis, Missouri since 1988. He graduated with Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1986, followed by a Master’s Degree in Orthodontics (MsD) from St. Louis University Department of Orthodontics in 1988. Dr. Levens has offered a lingual orthodontic treatment since 1991 and in 2012 completed a Master’s Degree in Lingual Orthodontics (MScLO) from Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover (Medical School of Hannover, Germany), Department of Orthodontics.
