Description

As dentists we are challenged with and an increased complexity of our restorative treatments. In addition, our material choices continue to evolve and increase. This webinar will review practical and current options for treating many of the everyday challenges we encounter in practice.

Objectives

Objectives
Upon completion of this CE webinar, the student will have: covered simple and predictable techniques to handle daily restorative needs and common challenges; reviewed crown preparation protocols for conventional and cad/cam restorations; reviewed core and provisional materials used in everyday practice; learned practical techniques to take impressions for single and multiple units using a variety of retraction and tray systems; learned how to take impressions whether using impression materials or digital scanning. The student will be able to implement many of these procedures immediately

Dr. Paresh Shah maintains a private practice in Winnipeg, Canada with a focus on implant, cosmetic and interdisciplinary comprehensive restorative care. He graduated from dentistry at the University of Manitoba in 1991 and received a Proficiency Ccertificate in Esthetic Dentistry from the University of Buffalo (SUNY) in 2007. Dr. Shah also serves as a consultant for numerous dental manufacturers in product development and evaluations. Dr. Shah is also a founder and co-director of a Seattle Study Club in Winnipeg.
