Description

This case simulation involves a female patient who has struggled with allergy and asthma symptoms, particularly in the spring and fall, for quite some time. Shortly after finding a comprehensive treatment regimen that relieves her symptoms, she becomes pregnant, and must explore with her care provider how the treatment will change during her pregnancy. FDA guidelines, practice parameters, and pertinent research will be discussed.
