Description

Pneumothorax is one of the most common complications of ventilation. According to research, serious incidents can be prevented if nurses can identify the signs and symptoms of a pneumothorax. Hospitals constantly changes their suppliers and because this procedure is not performed very regular, nurses loses their skills in assisting the physician with the procedure. It is therefore important ensure nurses gets regular training in Chest Tube insertion, the management and removal of tubes.
