Introduction: Welcome to Troubleshooting Eyewear Complaints, an online learning opportunity made possible through an Educational Grant provided by The Vision Council. For more information, visit The Vision Council website at www.thevisioncouncil.org. This course will help dispensers understand ways to create and implement action plans to address common and sometimes avoidable eyewear complaints from patients. You will learn a process for assessing and resolving common eyewear complaints. Save time and money by avoiding costly remakes and doctor rechecks. You’ll get tips to not only resolve problems you’ll learn a few key tips to avoiding these complaints in the first place.

Her programs are focused on sales, marketing, communications, motivation, practice management/business and merchandising. Rene is a 30-plus year veteran of the optical industry. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and loves cooking and entertaining.
