Description

Introduction: Yes, there are days when we would rather be elsewhere because of complaints. But there is a way to turn the negative around. We will look at valid consumer complaints and how we can correct the problem and troubleshoot using protocol. This course offers tips on how to handle patient complaints and conflict. Educating our patients in the chair is extremely important. Equally important is recommending new technology using language they can understand. This course is all about understanding our patients and learning ways to avoid potential complaints.
