Objectives

Review 8+ years of Clinical experience of surgical management of Keratoconus and other ectatic diseases using Topography Guided PRK + Corneal Crosslinking.
Dr. Stein reviews surgical results in over 4,000 patient eyes with Keratoconus and other ectatic conditions using TP-Guided PRK with Cross-Linking , Cross-Linking alone and Cross-Linking with ICR. Over 10 case studies reviewed including valuable learnings from the extensive Canadian experience.

Dr. Raymond Stein is a board-certified ophthalmologist and the Medical Director of Bochner Eye Institute. As an esteemed global leader in refractive surgery, he has been honored with numerous awards from a variety of prestigious international medical organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the International Intraocular Implant Club and the Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologists. Because of his commitment to advanced technologies and surgical excellence, Dr. Raymond Stein also served as the President of the Canadian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Raymond Stein has been invited to lecture at numerous medical conferences and has written various published journal and magazine articles, book chapters and books.

With more than 100,000 successful eye surgeries performed, Dr. Stein has established himself as an expert and pioneer in refractive and implant surgery. As a testament to his exceptional surgical talents, he was chosen to serve as the chief eye surgeon for the W Network's Style by Jury. He also serves as the editor of the prominent scientific journal, Clinical and Surgical Ophthalmology.

Dr. Stein began his career by completing a medical degree at the University of Toronto Medical School. Continuing his education, Dr. Raymond Stein performed an ophthalmology residency at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic and a cornea and external diseases fellowship at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.

In addition to serving as the Medical Director at Bochner Eye Institute, Dr. Raymond Stein served as the Chief of Ophthalmology at the Scarborough Hospital in Toronto. He is the Cornea Consultant at the Mount Sinai Hospital. He also serves as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Toronto.
