Part II of a two part series on feline idiopathic cystitis. In this hour, emphasis will be on treatment and management strategies including environmental modification and enrichment. The use of feline facial pheromones, analgesics and antispasmodics will be discussed as well as the use of amitriptyline in difficult cases.
