Description

This module explains how to apply the principles of evidence based practice to the patient with an acute illness - and how to avoid (or at least, be aware of) some of the pitfalls. What do we mean by "evidence"? How reliable is it? Is our evidence subject to bias, and how can we detect it? Could you harm a patient by requesting a test?
