Description

BRDC is the most common disease affecting feedlot cattle in the United States, costing producers over $1 billion each year. This five-module course has been co-authored by five experts in the field; each module focuses on an aspect of diagnosis, treatment, or management of BRDC. The modules include a variety of case studies, practical videos, printable resources, and tips to improve your practice. Disease recognition and diagnostic decision making are critical to instituting effective BRDC management. Module 4 provides a practical approach to teach your clients how to identify sick cattle. You will also learn a field necropsy method designed specifically for feedlot veterinarians, and practical tips for packing and shipping diagnostic specimens to the laboratory.
